Hi Kapil,
DME is a diploma course and as stated well by @||suni207|| you are eligible for the B.Tech courses. There are many good institutes in the country to offer the B.Tech/ BE through the lateral entry process, and for which one requires to qualify an entrance organized by the institute or else

I hope DME means Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. DME holders are eligible for lateral entry admissions to BTech/BE
