You can do that.But which institutions are you targeting to do MCA.
But the for-most question you should be asking yourself is why you want to do that?Is it for the better paying job, or you are doing it because you enjoy doing software development?
Talk to few people who are doing it now.

Yes you can opt for MCA.its a masters degree. BCOM was just like your intermediate(11th+12th).

Hi, Kriti doing MCA after B.Com i think will be difficult for u because in MCA u will study some technical things and in B.com it's not there so may be not easy for u...dear
