I am doin CA and already in CA Final. I have given 3 attempts of CA Final but couldn't pass. Wat shd i do further to have a gud career???

I wnt to hav a gud career in field of finance n accountancy. Since i havn't yet been able to cmplete my CA Though i have been giving my best. wat else i can do to strengthen my profile? Should i go for a Part time MBA, finance or full time or any other short term course? I hav cmpletd B.Com wid 48%
