I am doin my B.tech in Electronics & Instrumentation. what kind of course can be choose to do ms ? (no interest in programming)

I am in 3rd yr B.tech (Electronics & Instrumentation). wish to cont my studies in abroad. What kind of course can i choose in MS? not interested software. Need to proceed my job in hardware. Please suggest me the courses offered by abroad universities.
