    Hey,
Yes, you can admission to any National Law University even if you complete your 12th from NIOS. The procedure for getting admission is quite simple. You fill up the application form for admission to these universities which is basically CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). The exam is held on 2nd Sunday of May. Once you qualify the test, you will be eligible to get an admission in any of these universities based on your rank in the admission test. On a different note, NLU Delhi conducts a test of its own which is different from CLAT. You can fill up that form if you wish to get admission to that university.

Okay. So, without any further ado, let me tell you that you are eligible to get admission in the National Law universities. As long as you pass your 10+2 from a recognised and certified board, you can appear for the Common Law Admission Test or CLAT, which on qualifying, can get you any National law university or NLU. National Institute of Open Schooling is a recognised school by the Government of India and hence will not be an obstacle for you to compete for the top NLUs.
