Master in Science for technological subjects looks very lucrative to be done in Canada. There are various specializations available whose information is available easily at Study Abroad Section, Canada in Shiksha. Com.

Many courses are offered in Canada. After B.Tech, you can go for MS, MBA and other course also. Better you can go for MS degree.
