I am doing a b.a in sociology.My overall percentage is 58.am i eligible to apply for an mba in good management schools in london?for my p.g?

ill be taking IELTS this year and if necessary i can even appear for GMAT.and im sure i can get a good score....but my graduation percentage is really low and i just want to know if its gonna stop me from getting admitted into good colleges in london.
