After doing your graduation in Aeronautical Engineering branch you can definitely and surely think of appearing for civil services examination for becoming an IAS officer. The basic criteria for civil services examination is graduation in any branch and any field. I am very happy to know that at this stage itself you have decided on your aim or goal in life.
