If you're doing an APDMC (Auxiliary Paramedical Diploma Medical Course), you can take Science after 10th mainly with Biology.

    Here's why:

Science (PCB) will assist you continue within the medical or paramedical subject.

You can later pursue guides like DMLT, BSc Nursing, BPT, BMLT, or even MBBS/BAMS.

It maintains your options open for each paramedical and medical Diploma guides.

Science background is often required for job eligibility inside the healthcare zone.

So, selecting the Science move (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) can be the best option.
