i am doing b.a in apparell desing from du lakshmi bai college wat are d post graduation or career options further

i want to do one or two year diploma in this line apparel desinng so suggest me and want to set up my own botique line...... but i am confused what to do and what not

    Please don't be confused. After B.A. in apparel design you may go for :
    -M.A. in Fashion Technology
    -Master of Fashion Management
    -Master of Design
    You must go for a course that matches your interest and skills to achieve career goal.
    As an apparel designer, there are many avenues and opportunities. You can opt for a career in :
    -export house
    -textile mill
    -manufacturing and processing company that produces clothing, soft furnishings and other textiles-based products
    -several large fashion and clothing retailers
    -design studios and consultancies
    -handloom cooperatives and buying agencies

    If you want to do PG,NID is one of the best option,you can go for PG in apparel production or Lifestyle Accessory Design (2½ years) there,If you want to go for masters,then NIFT(Design for space) would be a great option or MBA can also be your option.If you find my answer helpful,select it as the best answer.
