I am doing B.E , Mechanical Engineering, 7th semester. I have 15 arrears. Will l get a job after doing quality controller course?

I am still trying to clear all the papers. Is there any other course I can do to get a good job as soon as I complete my courses?

You have to clear the backlog as early possible,or else ,there may be problems like pay-fixation.
