I am doing B.Ed first sem I have written my exam in Tamil shall I continue the second sem in Tamil.

If your college is allowing you to appear exam in your regional language then it is okay otherwise go for the language which is prescribed by the examination guidelines otherwise exam will be rejected so you should go according to the guidelines.
