Dear Ambika, It purely depends on your interest areas and career aspirations. If your interest lies in technical knowledge in agriculture field, go for M.Sc. But if you are more interested in general management, and want to make a combination of your technical skills in agri with management skills then go in for MBA !
An M.Sc. Will give you option of working in technical /academic areas where as an MBA will give you general management skills. LPU curates both the programs. You are advised to check their website and finish up your admission process ASAP. The phenomenal placements this year are icing o the cake. DVD.

    Hi
MBA programs in agribusiness give students the opportunity to learn about advanced business concepts, particularly as they relate to the agricultural industry. Most Popular subjects for M.Sc. Agriculture
#1 Agronomy. #2 Plant Breeding. #3 Plant Molecular Bio-technology. #4 Pomology and Olericulture. #5 Entomology, Plant Pathology and Soil Science. MBA stands for Master of Business Administration while M.Sc. Stands for Master of Science. For job purpose, MBA Agriculture is better than M.Sc. Agriculture while for research and further studies related to the course M.Sc. Is best. Also, expense for MBA is much more higher than that of M.Sc

If you plan to stick to one field throughout your career, then M.Sc. Is the better choice as you will be the expert in the field
