Dear Ambika, It purely depends on your interest areas and career aspirations. If your interest lies in technical knowledge in agriculture field, go for M.Sc. But if you are more interested in general management, and want to make a combination of your technical skills in agri with management skills t

It depends on your interest areas and career aspirations.
An M.Sc will give you option of working in technical /academic areas where as an MBA will give you general management skills.
