I am doing B.Sc agriculture and interested in doing Integrated course of MS and Ph.D from either USA or UK. Which exams do I need to write?

I scored very well in my 10th but ruined my score in class 12th and got only 59% from west Bengal board due to some personal problems. I am doing well again now. Is class 12th score going to create trouble for my future plans?
