i am doing B.Sc biotech 5th sem from institute of public health and hygine afilated to SMU is this my right decision or not sugest

some says that after doing distance education i am not eligibal for govt. sector and after that i want to doMBA in health care is it my right decision or not and what is the opourtunity of placement after that
