I am doing B.Sc ( gen). I want to do B.Tech [mec].can I get admission in it please also tell me the college and name of the entrance exam.

Sir I got 68% in inter in 2012 and my pcm marks is 86,70 and 49 .My board is U.P and I have financial problems and also tell me some other courses which is help me to secure job opportunities .sir I have no computer diploma is this good for me.and I have enough time to study for any entrance test.
