Hi,
You can definitely option for MBA after graduation in home science.
To pursue MBA, you need to first clear the entrance exams like CAT, MAT, SNAP, NMAT or XAT.

Yes, you can. But, it is an interdisciplinary course for you. MBA in hotel and hospitality are available these days. Graduation with 50% marks and MAT exam is mandatory in majority of colleges for MBA.
