I am studying in SNDT College of home science. Can I go for M.Sc in media and communication?

Admission to such courses often seek a Bachelor's in related field or equivalent. I do not think that your Bachelor's course is equivalent or related to media and communication. But do connect with the college and do a detailed enquiry.
