I am doing B.Sc in maths and I want to learn Diploma in food production. Is it worth to pursue this course?

After doing 12th I have realized that cooking is the right career for me.

Yes, you can do food production at the age of 32 also. Move to Diploma in FP, only if you have the passion to do so. Don't think that you would be a great chef after learning the subject. If you don't have any natural skills in food preparations, then better stick with B.Sc Maths.
