I am doing B.Sc in maths with computer applications. What skills and computer languages do I have to develop for doing MCA?

After doing B.Sc, you can do MCA. If you will do better in B.Sc Computer Science. Not any other skills are required.

If you want to learn languages, so learn c then c+, then you can learn python, and then last learn Java. Then go to their advance level according to the field in which you want to work. All the best, just go step by step.
