I am doing B.Sc in psychology through distance education from Annamalai University. Is it possible to do M.Sc in psychology (regular)?

Yes, Annamalai University is reputed institute and all it's Bachelor courses are recognized for admission into Masters.

Yes, it is certainly possible. The course you are pursuing is a Bachelor course after all, and hence you should be eligible.
