I am doing b.sc zoology and want to take up hospital management furthur. Do medical students get preference and placement over b.sc graduate

I am just afraid that if medical students will be given more good placement and preference then may be i wil lag behind them and wouldnt get a good placement. Please give me the full placement salary and college details for hospital management
