You need to identify your skills, and then decide, which line, you want to make your career. Take the help ofa reputed career coiunselor, and get to understand your profile. If you make a mistake at this point of time, it will be virtually impossible, to put your career on track.

If you are intrested in education or research field then you need to do M.Tech and then probably M.Phil or PhD. If you want to make a career in the corporate sector then you may do MBA through regular mode of education from a reputed college.
