Hi, HRD Attestation available from Delhi for all UGC or AICTE approved University or Dept. issued Certificates. But yours is DEC and NAAC accredited. So I would advice you to speak to the officials once for right information. And also to share- HRD Attestation process to be completed on all MHRD
