I am doing B.Tech in comp Science can I eligible for merchant navy.

Dear Guran The eligibility for joining merchant navy is finishing class 12 with Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates have to be unmarried Indian citizens (male or female). Normal vision is required but glasses up to plus or minus 2.5 may be allowed. Thank You!

Hello Guran, Either you need to be a Mechanical / Marine / Electronics / Electrical Engineer to work as a Senior Engineer in the Engine department or you need to do a B.Sc. / Diploma in Nautical Science to work as a Senior in the Dec department. Hope this helps! All the best!
