I am doing B.Tech. In UP, B.Ed is allowed for B.Tech candidates. If I do B.Ed from UP, will it be valid in India?

    Bachelor of Education or B.Ed is an undergraduate programme of 2-year duration. The course specifically caters to the students who are interested in pursuing a career in teaching and related fields. It is a skill based training programme which imparts knowledge to students regarding all aspects of classroom teaching. Coming back to your question, Rajasthan High court ruled that, only those who had done their graduation, B.Ed and REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers) in the same subject could apply for teaching jobs in that subject in future.
