It totally depends on your whether you want to pursue this course in India or Abroad. If you are looking for networking and international exposure, then USA is the destination for you, else you should pursue it from India. Consider the cost of studying as well. In India, you Mtech degree won't cost

Doing MS From Abroad Cost You Very High Approximately More than 25 Lakhs So if You Can Affoard this Amount then go for Aborad Else Try for IITs AFter Clearing And Getting High Score in GATE Exam.......
