Hi,
Yes you can pursue MBA from universities abroad,after completing your BBA from SMU,how ever please remember with 15 years your education UK would be the best study destination for you as universities in US and Canada require 16 years of education for admission in their MBA program.

Yes, SMU is a recognized university and after completing BBA form it you can apply for MBA in foreign universities.
