As per your query, I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your BBA and then opt for MBA.

I strongly suggest that you focus on completing your MBA from a reputed B School. I will never recommend a course to be done concurrently with MBA. MBA by itself is a demanding program. I'm doing MBA (PGDBA)from Welingkar inst .appeared for 2nd yr. Now i'm very confuse to choose a specialization in between HR & Finance. As i did job n sales field i don't want the fieldwork job & i think this field is not as a long carrier for females. I think finance is better, but i dn't have any
