As rightly suggested by Aneeket, stick with your current profile as Management is a bright career stream and offers great options and opportunities, you can look for several options within your stream, also the transition if made will come with certain difficulties.

As you are a BBA graduate, I would suggest you to stick to your current domain and pursue a course in Management / Business. But as you are interested in Mass Comm. You can go for a Advertising and Marketing course or a course in PR or corporate communication from the Mass Comm domain.
