MBA is the best option for you. Do MBA in regular system through good institute.

I too would suggest MBA. You should also choose your specialization subject on the basis of your interest. Since you also asked for MCA it means you are intrested in computers and so for MBA you can take IT Infrastructure as your specialization subject.
