I am doing BCA and after the same I want to do PGDCA. Will I be eligible to pursue MS in CS from Canada after doing PGDCA?

Hi, Many universities will hesitate. You can consider complete the first year of a MS programme instead however it is best you check with the universities in Canada first. MS programs are way too competitive and admission criteria varies whether you want to do a research oriented MS or coursework.
