I am doing BCA, can I pursue a degree of MS in computer science or MS in information technology from a foreign university?

Dear, In my thinking you can do MS in C/S or IT after MCA because for MS in foreign university requires 70% in graduation in 10 +2+4 system i.e. 16 years of study in total. As after BCA there is one year shortage - for pursuing MS you need to complete MCA.
