I am doing BDS and I am in my final year but I am not getting what to do after BDS. Which course should I pursue?

I want to do something different something bigger but related to dentistry only. I want to know the other postgraduate degrees related to BDS. I also wanted to know about the degree that we can pursue from abroad which is acceptable in India as well.
