i am doing be,ece 2nd year at anna university.can i take rcad course now.is this the right time or should i take it a little later.

i am doind be,ece 2nd year now at anna university,thirukkuvalai campus,nagappatinam.can i take a cad course,rcad related to my department now or should i take it a little later.people say that after finishing the course i may take.so i am confused.
