i am doing BE...i am totally confused for selecting software courses.i have course which have scoped in companies.is it any course for me?

Hi Ashish! Any computer or IT graduate seeking a software developer job in Indian market should have all or some of following skills: 1. Specialization in any one object oriented language like DotNet, Php, CPP or Java etc. 2. Expertise in Database Programming SQL and PLSQL 3. Specialization in markup languages HTML and XML 4. good hand at Operating System like Linux Unix MS There are Certifications, Diplomas and even Degrees too in such software dimensions. Therefore, you can go for any course in DotNet, Java, Core Java, Advanced Java, PHP etc. or Android and I-Phone Technology can also be the options for you to do a course in. I'd also add to it that a candidate is often asked in interview about the project experience, So you'll also need to have an understanding of that too. Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for software development line or testing line. Every line is good only depends upon u how much depth knowledge u have. As far as salary is concerned It depends upon u how tactfully and technically u have cleared ur interview not upon the degree or certificate u have with u. If ur ans goes to no for programming then some other line as well for ur career. Being a Electronic engineer u can choose embedded system line as well for this u must have sound knowledge of C, C++ and JAVA (complete). If u want u can make plan in Networking line as well. Network Admin, Security Admin, System Admin for this u must have to opt RHCE+CCNA+MCITP+RHCVA & RHCSS as well.
