I am doing BE in EEE couldnt change over to CS in 3rd sem.I had the required marks but i missed the final date fr application. Please help.

I have 84% in 1st sem and 87% in 2nd sem.As i went to apply after the last date for the branch change application they refused.Iam so depressed now.its been 2 months since and i havent been able to cope up.I am a syudent under vtu.is there any way out.Really interested in CS.Help me out
