After completing your undergraduate degree in electronics you can pursue MS degree in electronics and related fields from US.

Its a good idea to pursue PG from USA as it has some world class universities like MIT, Stanford, university of California, Berkeley etc for engineers. Being in second year, now you can do one thing and that is to get a degree 0f 75% and above because this is the minimum level of GPA acceptable by top American universities. You can not apply unless your all semester results are available as you will have to upload each semester result while filling the application form.
