    Hi Jugal,
As rightly suggested by Smriti, BSIM is a degree more related to IT Marketing whereas you are planning for your MBA in HR, so HR Management degree will only be beneficial if in case you want to change the track of your career. However, HR is a one of the popular specialization and can get you good job opportunities but it would be difficult to change your career track from IT to HR rather as suggested by Ms. Smriti go for MBA IT. I believe you are talking about the Business System and Information Management (BSIM) programme which develops your skills in finding IT solutions for businesses. Now doing MBA in HR doesn't make any logical sense to me, unless you are particularly interested in the field and would like to change your track now. MBA in IT or Information Systems with relevant SAP certification seems like a more suitable course to me.
