Opt for MCA as it has more secure future and job opportunities are also more. You can learn more in MCA then in MSC cs.

dont confusse if you complete MSC in CS then after MSC you can take direct admson in 3rd year of MCA
IST year is PGDCA , 2nd year is MSC and third year is MCA ok
