i am doing bsc hons in zoology , in second year i have get a chance in haldia institue of technlogy in biotechnology ,so what should i do?

You have to continue your B.Sc. Hons. Zoology course. Leaving the B.Sc. Hons. Course in 2nd year can not be a wise decision. You can do the M.Sc. Biotechnology course after the completion of your graduation if interested through the JAM in IITs.
