In my opinion,if you are talented and good at communication go in for MBA.A serious advice for you is try to learn some foreign language it would give hand when you try your career options in abroad.Make your choices right and plan accordingly and make YOUR way.And do your MBA in a well reputed inst

You may also think about CS. But first answer yourself why do you want to shift from CA ? If you want to shift because you are not able to clear the course than opt for MBA.
