I am doing core java+jsp+ j2ee . Is it enough to make a project of b.tech,final year or which topics i should add in it

-Yes,it is enough depending whether you have a project in mind that will utilize your suggested language combination.
-Choosing a topic/language also depends on the specialization/interest area you have pursued during B.Tech.
