I am doing CSE and facing problems in the same. Can I shift to ECE branch? I had scored 88% in 12th.

What is your main problem? State it clearly, is coding a problem, is computer hardware a problem, also there is definitely an option to switch your Branch but it is very difficult. You need to get things really clear in your mind about what you like and what you don't.

Hello,
After the first year you can change stream as per university and institution guideline. Try to pass your both semester exams in the first year for ease of process.
