I am doing Diploma from HSBTE, Haryana. Can I take admission in the 2nd year of B.Tech of UPSEE, Uttar Pradesh?
My parents have Uttar Pradesh's domicile and have done 10th standard from UP.

You have raised very interesting query. Based on your parents domicile, perhaps you too can get UP domicile. But, taking lateral admission is different game altogether. For you, best thing would be to approach some Engineering college directly and seek their advice.
