I am doing Diploma in aeronautical engineering, Bangalore, Karnataka. How can I change the college out of my state?

Hello Dhanush, I am afraid that at present there is no mechanism through which one can shift from one state to another after having taken admission for Diploma in engineering. You will need to resign from seat and apply afresh in your intended state. Best wishes to you.
