I am doing Diploma in chemical engineering. What all is required to get admission in foreign colleges for M.Tech?

First, try to clear TOEFL, GRE, IELTS, etc. Be prepared for them. Then, search for the suitable colleges or universities and apply to them. I am afraid most foreign colleges want a degree in your subject, not diploma. But try to search. Best of luck.
