I am doing Diploma in computer engineering I have failed to keep 1st year what do ido now.am doing this after 10th is any study plan abroad

I am doing Diploma in Computer engineering. i fail to keep st year is any Education plan for me to go abroad.After 10th my 10th score is 73% I want to go abroad for education.I am so talented But because of bad friends i failed to keep the year please guide me.I wanted to do carrear in animation.
