Hi
You hv to ensure that the diploma is from recognised institute/university. You may then apply for LEET (Lateral entry entrance test) conducted by different states and get admission for b.tech/b.e if cleared. Check here to know all details.

If you have done your class 12th then you can join for a regular B.Tech.
