I am doing diploma in Mechanical engineering but I also have interest in jewellery design,what should I do now?

As u r doing Diploma in Mechanical, you should take BE Mech and do some related computer courses. But as u r more interested in jewellery designing, u would have more aptitude and passion for it. U find some good courses in jewellery designing and do it in part time along with ur mechanical engine
